OUR TEAM

Entrepreneur. Financier. Philanthropist.
I create. I inspire. I strive to make the world a better place.
My journey:
Since childhood, I’ve seen business from the inside.
My father was an entrepreneur and a coach who raised several European and world champions. He negotiated at the highest level and often took me along to meetings with businessmen and government officials. From the age of 8, I was joining him in talks with entrepreneurs, ministers, Olympic champions, and writers.
Though at the time I wasn’t particularly interested, it had a profound impact on my communication skills and business acumen.
I wasn’t just an observer — I was learning, often unintentionally, and running off to play with friends at the first chance I got.
These early lessons laid the foundation for my future — the moment I began facing real-world challenges.
Sport was my first life training.
It’s the fastest way to get honest feedback from nature for your efforts.
At four years old, I began track and field and quickly developed results. I also grew used to pushing myself, becoming resilient, fast, and physically fit.
It became my school of discipline, endurance, and the art of winning.
By 17, I was part of my region’s national team and represented Ukraine at international competitions, spending my holidays at training camps instead of with friends.
But for me, sport isn’t just medals.
It’s a way of life. A mix of thrill and calculated strategy.
Shooting, climbing, surfing, racing — that competitive spirit and constant self-improvement have shaped both my lifestyle and leadership style.
Education
I chose to receive a classical university education:
Odesa National Maritime University (Hydraulic Engineering)
Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University (Legal Psychology, Civil Law)
London Business School (MBPS EXPRESS)
Philanthropy
What fuels me with energy and passion is, perhaps predictably, the opportunity to make life better — for people and for the planet.
The greater the scale of the impact, the more meaningful my journey.
Money is just a tool.
True value lies in how you use it.
Environmental initiatives – creating artificial reefs to restore ecosystems in the Black and Mediterranean Seas.
Supporting entrepreneurs – mentoring and consulting young founders.
Social assistance – fundraising for medical operations, supporting orphanages.
Professional Career
I worked at three international banks, focusing on lending and development of small and medium-sized businesses.
I rose from a specialist to department head.
But I’ve always aimed for more than just a career.
I wanted to create.
My path in business and finance is not just a success story.
Finance is the circulatory system of the global economy. Understanding it is vital.
With experience in international and national law, years in global finance, investment banking practice, and a personal role as CFO in a payment systems company — I’ve developed a unique approach.
I know firsthand what business responsibility truly means.
I understand the cost of risks, the importance of legal clarity, the weight of every comma in a contract, and the precision of financial planning.
My experience is not just a guarantee of knowledge — it's a guarantee of a mindset. In business, there’s no room for randomness.
Where I’ve lived and worked:
Monaco, Nice, Paris, London, Brussels, Geneva, Warsaw, Vienna, Barcelona, Milan, Kyiv, Dubai.
Passions that inspire me
Writing – words change the world.
Cars & motorcycles – speed, freedom, adrenaline.
Aviation – the skies call every weekend.
Diving – exploring the depths of oceans and of life itself.
Learning foreign languages – keys to new worlds.
My Mission
To paraphrase René Descartes:
I think, I create – therefore I am.
